High shear strength high base standardization | Shear cutter high base method

The Shiakotta High Base Method is a product capable of handling large shear forces that could not be addressed by previous high base methods.

In the "High Base Method," which is the main product of Senkushia, there has been a challenge where, in the design of factories and warehouses, cases where braces are attached to columns sometimes result in insufficient shear resistance depending on the conditions. We have been working on solving this issue. As a result, with this product, even in cases where braces are attached to columns, it has become possible to transmit the shear force from the braces acting on the base plate to the foundation by adopting the "Shear Cutter High Base Method." 【Features】 ■ Adoption of base plates with shear cutters ■ Established design methods for column base types and V-brace types (special types) ■ Obtained evaluation from the Japan Building Center and certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

Bearing Diabase Method

Integrating the base plate, diaphragm, and reinforcement ribs! Contributes to the compactness of the foundation!

The "Bearing Diabase Method" is a reinforcement technique used for embedded column bases (side columns and corner columns) in steel-framed buildings. It employs a method that integrates base plates and diaphragms (made of cast steel) with cast-in reinforcing bars (twisted bars that serve as reinforcement) through a cast-in method. Since it does not involve multi-layer or multi-stage reinforcement, it reduces the complexity of construction and the overcrowding of reinforcement around the embedded columns compared to U-shaped reinforcing bars. Additionally, it minimizes interference with the main reinforcing bars of the foundation beams, helping to limit the widening of foundation beams and contributing to a more compact foundation. The Bearing Diabase Method has received certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for materials (MSTL-0555, MSRB-0126) and a Better Living evaluation for the method (CBL SS008-22). 【Features】 ■ Integration of base plates, diaphragms, and reinforcing bars ■ Easier reinforcement work compared to U-shaped reinforcing bars ■ Simplified confirmation and management of the required number of reinforcing bars on-site ■ No welding work required on-site due to the use of mechanical joints ■ Improvement of overcrowded reinforcement around embedded columns and compact foundation design *For more details, please refer to the catalog or website, or feel free to contact us.

Forest Topsoil Utilization Work A0 Base Method

Forest Topsoil Utilization Worker A0 Base Method

The A0 base method is a natural regeneration greening technique that involves suctioning and collecting buried seeds (soil seed bank) contained in the forest topsoil (A0 layer) near the construction site, utilizing them as plant materials to create local plant communities, and restoring vegetation that harmonizes with diverse ecosystems and the regional landscape. 【Features】 ○ By using buried seeds from the forest topsoil (A0 layer) near the construction site as plant materials, this method suppresses the hybridization of local plant communities (genetic disturbance), preserves a diverse ecosystem, and achieves natural regeneration greening that harmonizes with the regional landscape and environment. ○ The newly developed forest topsoil collection device, the "Seed Bank Sweeper," is lightweight, compact, and efficiently collects forest topsoil while minimizing the impact on the seedlings on the forest floor. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Top Base Method "My Koma"

A groundbreaking foundation method for soft ground, the Top Base Method.

The world's oldest wooden structure, Horyu-ji's five-story pagoda, has withstood wind, snow, and major earthquakes for nearly 1,400 years without experiencing differential settlement, maintaining its elegance and magnificent appearance. The principle of the "stone cushion method," which lays stones on the great foundation built by our predecessors, demonstrates excellent effects in modern civil engineering and construction by using the "top base method (my spinning top)." Additionally, it offers many advantages such as ground reinforcement, excellent economic efficiency, ease of construction, and high reliability, making it widely applicable in various foundation works. [Features] - Safely supports superimposed loads even on extremely weak ground - Durability can be expected due to vibration absorption and earthquake resistance - Controls settlement and prevents differential settlement - An environmentally friendly method with no underground contamination - Construction is also possible in confined spaces within buildings For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Structural member/SRC super high base method

Based on abundant experience, we support the pursuit of functional and economical new seismic-resistant architecture.

The SRC Super High Base Method has been significantly improved from the conventional SRC High Base Method to adapt to an environment where the transformation of building technology, such as amendments to the Building Standards Act, standardization of new construction steel materials, and performance-based structural design, has become remarkable, requiring higher levels of technology and quality control. In May 2000, it received ministerial certification as the SRC Super High Base Method, and further adapted to subsequent legal amendments, obtaining certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in March 2002. The SRC Super High Base Method supports new earthquake-resistant construction with a product variation that pursues functionality and cost-effectiveness based on extensive experience. Natural Regeneration Greening Project - Woody Base Method

Natural Regeneration Greening Technology - Woody Base Method

The Woody Base Slope Greening Method effectively utilizes forest resources such as felled trees and uprooted materials that grow in the development area as plant growth substrate and soil resources without transporting them off-site, achieving zero emissions and effective resource utilization while preserving soil fertility and promoting the regeneration of the natural vegetation that existed in the area. 【Features】 - It effectively utilizes plant-derived materials such as stumps and felled timber by primary crushing them into recycled greening substrate. - On-site generated materials can be directly chipped for use, reducing costs and construction time. - It creates a substrate with excellent erosion resistance and freeze-thaw durability, enabling natural regeneration through a super slow greening method. - Delayed decomposition technology has made it possible to avoid plant growth obstacles, allowing for stable greening. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Natural regeneration greening using regional seedlings: Slope forest base method

Regional seedling-based natural regeneration greening: Slope forest base method

The Sloped Forest Base Method involves fixing native tree pot seedlings, cultivated in the region, at specified intervals using the sloped seedling fixing device "Sloped Forest Base," and spraying a plant growth substrate to create island-like growth bases. 【Features】 - The root ball of the seedlings is anchored with anchor pins to secure it to the slope, while the substrate-holding wire mesh can be fixed with a single touch at the same time. - The Sloped Forest Base has a water retention area for the slope, which enhances the survival rate of the plants. - Depending on the purpose, goals, and budget for greening, the types of seedlings and the installation pitch can be freely set, allowing for economical and aesthetically pleasing arrangements. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
